   We loved working with Steadfast from beginning to end. The whole team made the process easy, fun, clear and accurate. As the face of Steadfast to us, we found Alison to be an absolute gem with fantastic ideas, clarity of thought, clear communication of info and an overall superstar in customer service. It was fabulous that they were so accurate with timelines and if anything was going to change, we were updated at the earliest possible time. Having said that, the timelines were well adhered to. The installers were so respectful of our space, things and our situation eg keeping gates shut for dogs... thanks guys! We have had 2 projects completed by Steadfast in the last year and are currently heading towards the install of our 3rd. We would highly recommend Steadfast to anyone looking at a project requiring a professional joinery team.

   We enjoyed the meetings with design consultant Alison. She was very encouraging and interpreted our ideas and added some good ones we hadn't considered to end up with a great plan. Accurate pricing was provided with all the options discussed too. It was nice to be invited to the workshop to check progress at different stages and to meet the makers. Our kitchen, bathroom and laundry is awesome - all natural timber and stainless . We would totally recommend Steadfast particularly if you want something nicer than melamine board for a reasonable price. Thanks team!
