   I used to enjoy shopping here but vast majority of the staff are unknowledgeable if you ask them a electronic question & if you ask for a electronic receipt to be sent to your phone you highly won't ever receive it & there is "no way they can help" it's ether a fault of they don't read the number back to see if it's the correct one or they just don't ever put it through to be sent because they're ether on their phones or busy yapping away with other employees. They also walk around aimlessly & if there are customers wanting help the staff just wander on past like they don't notice the customers trying to get the staff's attention. This store used to be good but it's just a very bad comedy show now.

   Staff are always, friendly, helpful & great product knowledge. The last few times I have been in-store I have had amazing service from different staff members. Today Jayden kept on checking in to see if i needed help, his enthusiasm, passion for music products, & friendly service made my visit so positive. Keep up the great work team, best customer service in Dunedin!

   Great floor team so kind but the higher ups are useless they didn’t even really care had a issue with my drone 48 hours after flying it they don’t care they were not professional about it at all don’t bother if you wanting a warranty for anything

   Worst experience of my life. They decided to let the guy with zero experience, do the hardest thing a retail worker has to do with ZERO supervision. I brought something from them which was supposed to arrive in a few days after the payment was made, yet the new guy somehow messed it up, and I won't be getting it for a fortnight.

   I've had a number of good experiences at this JB Hifi store. The staff have always been helpful but not overbearing and always know their stuff. The store is big enough to have a good range of stock, yet not so big that you get lost! Plus, there are always good sales!
