Teryn could not have been more helpful when we went to purchase our new TV. He kept us updated when the new series of LG Oled would be available in NZ and went out of his way in doing so. When we came back to purchase a microwave from a different department Teryn took the time to pop over and ask us how we were enjoying the new TV he sold us ! You can tell he has genuine passion for what he does. This has been our third purchase through him and he is a very likeable sales professional. I would happily recommend Teryn to friends and family. Staff are kind and helpful without being pushy. Deliveries were fast and all the products worked as they should. Only slight pain is that the departments operate independently and as a result you can get bounced around a bit, but that’s a broader issue not specific to this store. Great overall service.
Visited today to look at bed linen. Particularly wanted to buy king flat sheets without the fitted ones included as we have a queen bed. No luck this time but like the store and will be back.
