   I don't normally write reviews, but was happy to do this for Pack & Send Dunedin given our excellent experience with them with sending 7 parcels from Dunedin to California. They responded quickly and helpfully to our initial enquiries, and with a reasonable quote. They also clearly explained the procedures for shipping items to the US, and were flexible with us changing our plans. When we arrived, they were able to package our items, get them sent off in good time, and arrived within the US with a couple of weeks. During this time, they were always very quick and helpful when responding to our emails! Definitely recommend for shipping large items from Dunedin :)

   You can trust Ravi Dhillon, the franchise owner who runs this store, with your life. I left my passport in my suitcase and realized it after the bag had been wrapped for shipping and picked up by fedex. Ravi got the bag off of the driver’s truck, unwrapped it, found my passport in it, rewrapped it, and got it back on the truck same day. He responds to emails very quickly and is very courteous. Fantastic customer service!!! I don’t know what I would have done without him!!!

   Remarkably good service from Ravi and Aman. The shipment was a 170-year old painting to Vietnam. They used DHL, the best option for Vietnam. The accompanying documentation was properly done as far as Vietnam was concerned (this is not usual in my experience with shipments from other senders), smoothing the way through customs with only nominal intervention needed on our side. The packaging could not have been better done. Kudos!
