Have been trying to call to check in on an order that was supposed to be ready. Finally get through and they hang up on me. Weak.
Very rude staff here. We came (for the third try) to get passport photos printed & when we asked if we could get them done in the booth we were promptly told "broken" - I had actually brought my own camera, so we then went to take some of our own and were rudely told "can't do that" ... I was tempted to just take a photo at a different area of the store but we decided to take our service elsewhere. The staff member obviously does not like her job & has issues with customer service.. reading the reviews now I can see I'm not the only one to have this issue here. I do not recommend.
so disappointed - quality of paper pathetically thin and very poor colour. Staff certainly don't go out of their way to be helpful. Photos Waste of money- will not return Rating should be zero
I recently visited the stationary shop for passport photos and had a mixed experience with the customer service. While the two ladies in the warehouse stationary department were incredibly helpful and friendly, I had a disappointing encounter with a gentleman at the photo service. Upon asking if there was a way to cut the passport size photo for proportion, the gentleman was quite rude. He raised his voice “ You have to do it by yourself we don’t touch it once handed over,” he could’ve politely told me that you have to do by yourself, but he didn’t . It would have been more customer-friendly if they had a machine available for cutting passport size photos in proportion, as other establishments often do.
The worse customer service by the lady that worked tonight(17/08/2023) She needs more training or find someone that is more customer orientated.
Change your fricken opening times! This is outrageous. How am I supposed to bind my uni project when you guys are closed. This doesn't even deserve 1 star
This company is a joke! Bought a 86” TV, get it home and it doesn’t work! Call the store and the person on the phone gives a tech number to call. Call them and they say we can’t do anything, ring the store! Call the store back and they then tell us bring the tv back. We need to borrow a van to take the tv because it’s so big. We order a tv unit online the day we bought the tv as nothing in stock, pick it up 8 days later, get it home to find it’s all completely damaged, we then have to return it to find we have to wait another week for a new one to be delivered to the store! Will not buy anything like these products again from The Warehouse!
Absolutely hopeless, service is terrible. Machines break down haven't been fixed for a week now don't recommend, staff run around like headless chickens.
I was sent to this place as the main shop was closed. Awesome service and real bargains to be had so watch out for the adverts.
