We recently had the best experience with Baby on the move - Dunedin. Our plans changed for our holiday so I contacted baby on the move and within a few hours, our plans were locked in and it made our trip to NZ so seamless and hassle free. We hired 5 baby seats for our children aged 4 months - 8 years and all were installed perfectly and waiting for us on arrival to our hire car. I’m a bit of a car seat safety advocate and found every seat to be so safely installed and I truly felt so at ease with the whole process. I would absolutely recommend baby on the move! We have been shopping at baby on the move for four years now and can only say positive things about our experience. Jess and her team have provided valuable support and education across the whole parenting journey. From pre to post natal care for mums... tips and tricks for unsettled newborns (if you know you know)... capsule, pram and carseat advice.. feeding in every shape and form... and everything in between. They will definitely go the extra mile to make sure your needs are met.
Jess was SO incredibly knowledgeable and helpful when it came to picking our babies car seat. She went above and beyond to work with our wants / needs and having her install it in the car was amazing (highly recommend doing this if you live in Dunedin or are visiting - gives great peace of mind)!! We are so happy we came here as our son didn't like his old car seat and as soon as we drove off he fell asleep! A++++ service.
I had to cancel 3times because of covid but awesome service getting a car seat fitted would definetly recomend.

Such a good experience ordered 2 medical bottles they weren’t in stock when I ordered so the lovely team emailed me and said sorry I haven’t got these in stock I’ve orderded them from the supplier and I’ll post them out as soon as they arrive well much to my supprise I received them on Friday ❤️ absolutely perfect thank you guys
Great place! We were in the city for 1 day, due to roadblocks we got to Dunedin on a Saturday after they have closed and Jess and his husband managed to get back to the store and deliver the package in my hands after hours. The following day we were off the City with our baby carrier. Great service, more than I could have ever expected.
