“I initially came in for a rental and ended up being served by Alex, who has a wealth of knowledge about skis. He assigned me a pair of skis that suited me for the weekend. Came back today to return them and he was quick to assist further with a pair that I wanted to purchase. I spent a lot of time deliberating - Alex was patient, understanding and advised according to my preferences. I dont think I'll need to rent a pair for myself again, but will definitely recommend Alex and Snow Mania for their customer service.”

“Just had a wonderful experience here. A few weeks ago, I bought some shoes and a pair was ordered and delivered to me. Unfortunately it was the wrong style and I was too busy to make it in for a few weeks. After bringing the wrong style in, the manager was lovely enough to find the correct pair and order them to be delivered for me again. The staff member who helped me the first time even remembered me from almost a month ago! Absolutely lovely staff, very thorough and understanding. Can't recommend them enough.”

She let me try on the same shoes in a different colour to ensure I had the right fit. I also had great service from another young lady last week. There was an issue with the email address on my loyalty account and she took the time to fix it and sort out my loyalty points - it was no problem.”
