   This is the best Mister Minit for quality of workmanship on my shoe repairs, the customer service from George is excellent, nothing is to much trouble and he is extremely focused on making sure that the customer is happy with the service and/or products they receive. Am confident in recommending him and his services to others. Have also been able to purchase lovely gifts from his kiosk.

   Been to this place twice and the last one was the worse, went there to see what happen with my car keys wondering to replace the battery as the remote was not working, ending up with a possible replacement of the remote control “250bucks” didn’t do it at that occasion through thinking it’s not worth it, stays months using just the cars keys to lock and unlock the car to finally have time to go into another keys shop, again asking for replacing the battery of the remote control costing me 10% of the all value asked in there, really disappointed with the behavior of person who assist me that time, using my lack of knowledge to earn on top and make a little profit. This is not acceptable.

   Incredible service and extremely friendly. My car key got damaged and bent so I needed a new one and they successfully made a copy that works even though my original key was deformed. Very happy! :)

   I asked for a new battery to be put in my car key, he advised this would take ten minutes and cost $23.00. When I called back he said he put in a new battery and the key would not work. So he took the battery back out and handed me the key. The key worked when I drove to the mall and I have no idea how he thought I would drive away with no battery in the key. After a few choice words he be grudgingly put the new battery in the key and insisted it wouldn’t work. I put the key in the door and it unlocked, put the key in the ignition and drove off. Hope the staff member learns something from this experience and I won’t recommend or be going back.

   I had to get a battery replaced on a car key. I didn't really know what to expect in terms of price or ETA but he was really helpful, outlined the cost before he started and finished the job in about five minutes. Very helpful and a nice chap as well.
