   On our day trip to chch from Blenheim for shopping. My son was feeling very discouraged after going to so many store and them not going up to the bigger sizes. We decided to give Johnny Bigg a final go. We are so glad we did. Hamish was outstanding. Very helpful indeed. My son walked out with a pair of jeans and a jersey. Hamish is a legend. Will be back again

   Hi I was in your store today with my special needs brother and was served by Sophie and one other lady who's name I did not get :-(. They where both extremely help fitting trousers for my brother and we get exactly what he needed. Thank you for you help it made our purchase a pleasure, we will be back

   This is the first time in this store. The manager (I think) was great and she helped me get fitted for a wedding. The advice was spot on and I was helped to get the trousers taken up within an hour. I've struggled to get clothes to fit in the past and I was made to feel at ease. My credit card took a hit but it was worth it as I now have new work clothes and a long overdue boost to my wardrobe. The belt was reversible which I thought was a great idea. Not cheap but you get what you pay for and I'm one very happy customer.

   The staff member was really attentive so I’ll give it that. She was friendly and helpful. Just felt awkward. Everything was all over the place. The visual merchandising isn’t very accessible and the quality of the product doesn’t match the price. Fabrics felt really cheap. I just had to get out as soon as I could.

   Very poor quality products for the price, friend had spent $100 on a "genuine" leather belt, and didn't even last 12 months. For $100 on a belt you would expect it to last well more than 5 years, given that belts don't get worn every day (or week) Very poor quality, and lack of service when he went to go get it looked at.

   Very misleading pricing. Main price in AU$ and NZ$ price is very small on back of main ticket price. NZ price is $399 and AU $ is $299. Told oops sorry after spending half an hour trying on suits. Get your pricing sorted Johnny Bigg. It is very misleading and wastes your customers time
