Excellent service at the very busy Riccarton branch today. Both assistants went out of their way to answer my queries and I left the store satisfied with my choices. Special thanks to Stella for getting the exact Nike shoe size in from another location in less than an hour. Highly recommended.
Went into Hype DC the other day and was greeted with great hospitality by a young man, Ilan (Apologies if spelt wrong). He was helpful and provided a welcoming environment for me and my nephew as we were doing our shoe shopping.
Great service today! Went in with no clue what I needed for work shoes and walked out very happy after a friendly convo and a new pair of sneakers. My receipt says the sales assistant was Stella - so thank you to Stella! Great asset to your team :)
Went in today, I was absolutely amazed by the exceptional customer service from one of the workers. I believe his name was Ilan. From the moment I walked in he greeted me, asked if I needed help. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and recommend some things. He patiently answered any questions I had. Thanks to Ilan’s help I found exactly what I needed. I left the store feeling satisfied and valued as a customer! Highly recommend him for his outstanding work.
Not only great variety but also very reasonable prices. You can find some models here that you won’t see anywhere else in Christchurch, especially Nikes! And great customer service too. The shop assistant this Sunday afternoon in the Riccarton mall (I think his name was Ted) was very amicable and knowledgeable! Will definitely shop here again!
Fantasic customer service from Alfonso at the Riccarton store. He was very helpful in finding sizes and making sure we were all good whilst still attending to other customers in store. Great experience and would definately go back.
I came in Tuesday morning, was greeted with amazing energy from both salesmen. Knowledgeable, informative and great enthusiasm. Unfortunately they didn't have the pair i was after but the lads recommended another shoe and was just as good! Came out with a pair of Air Max! Thanks guys!
The staff here are incredible! After being at a few other shoe stores in the mall and being very disappointed with the customer service. As soon as I walked into Hype I was expecting the same response but they were the extact opposite, the staff were very welcoming as soon as we walked in and they were also extremely helpful! Awesome staff very knowledgeable and friendly! Thanks Guys :)
Awesome environment, awesome collections and incredible team. I have only been to Hype a number of times but every time I have been I have ended up purchasing due to the amazing customer service I have received. All the staff members are honest, kind and actually engage in conversation with you. I never feel forced to buy anything unlike some other stores, and will always go back to Hype to buy due to the great service.
One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time! Min seemed to have a detailed knowledge about the products in the store from sneakers to the protect spray. Was abit disappointed with the customer service with the other guy as he seemed disinterested in wanted to help us try on the shoes we liked however Min covered up for it. Not only was he helpful but he always greeted us politely and in a friendly manner. 5 stars to Min!
