“It's a really friendly New World it's a bit further than our local one but we worth the trip. Fresh meats, pies, pastries and great selection of fruit and veggies it also has ready made section that has a fantastic fresh bowl with rice, edamame and chicken.”

Friendly and helpful staff. Self-service. Events with freebies and tastings. Wide aisles and not stacked high.”

“This fruit and vegetable store is amazing! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the prices are cheap, and they always have great specials. Their online app is also excellent, allowing for convenient delivery, even for small orders. A true hidden gem in the Somerfield/Beckenham/Sydenham area. Highly recommend!”

“Fav vege shop to shop at by far, I bought $77 worth of groceries the other day and it worked out to be half price compared to big supermarkets!! For the same quality / if not better! They do $3 buckets of veges getting close to there expired date and these buckets are the best deal in town, I just got 7 brocolis for $3!!”

“Great experience. Check-in was quick. Park is huge with lots of space between campers. Kitchen, BBQ, and washrooms were brand new. Laundry takes 2x $2 coins per machine. Overall great stay would recommend. Recommendations for park: double sided dump stations to allow more efficient departure times”

“I just wanted to leave some positive feedback about Tom Bells at your Westfield Riccarton store. I popped in earlier, made a purchase, and then realised my Farmers Club Card hadn't been linked up properly. When I went back to the till for a quick query, Tom stepped right in. He was brilliant! He sorted the whole purchase out in a flash, making sure my card was added so I got all my points. Tom was so friendly and efficient - he never made me feel like I was holding him up, which I really appreciated. A genuinely great shopping experience, all thanks to Tom. “Really good quick service. Pretty much standard layout for a supermarket. Friendly staff, very helpful, and service was quick. Plenty of parking except it can get scarce in peak times. Wheel chair parking and accessible entrance. Lotto, fresh produce, baked goods, fruit and vege generally of high standard and priced quite competitively. I went there Xmas eve and found the experience to be smooth and hassle free. Good range of goods for a moderately sized supermarket with good stocks of the common goods you would typically need to fill the cupboards. Not my local, but I have shopped here several times since its opening many years ago and would definitely recommend it as a good place to do a quick hassle free shop. Top notch staff and pleasant clean store made for a good shopping experience. (For reference I absolutely hate grocery shopping!)”

“Very gentle well behaved and friendly owner and staff. Probably the best I have ever seen or experienced. Products are of great quality, wide range and selection, and very convenient, especially the FREE fish and meat cutting service they offer! Hats off. They go out of their way to help customers out, in two occasions I have experienced myself! Very reasonable (if not the cheapest in town in a lot of products) and conveniently priced items. Very quickly they have become one of the favourite shopping destinations of I and my family. Their curry piece goat meat and whole chicken curry cut packs are the absolute trophy items, as well as the best priced largest mud crabs I have ever seen! Try for yourself and become a fan. Highly recommended and wishing all the very best of luck to this store.”
