   Twice in a row, I was overcharged on an EFT-POS transaction. When confronted about it on my next visit, the guy had the audacity to argue. He blamed his computer system, and the rounding function, saying it was too hard to deduct the two cents or whatever. Not going back, which is a shame, because now I will have to find another local.
