   Don’t make your customers fool. It’s feel like stealing in day light. I buy 1 kg lamb curry pieces and it’s just all fat they are serving. I know they will deny that’s why posting the pictures also.

   I’m a regular customer at Global Fresh, but my experiences with a staff member named Dilasha have been consistently disappointing. Each time I’ve been served by her, she’s shown poor customer service , no greeting, no eye contact, and a visible lack of interest in her job. She often looks distracted and disengaged, and when I thank her after paying, she doesn’t respond at all. The first time, I thought maybe she was having a bad day. But after several visits, it’s clear that this is just how she treats customers. It leaves a really negative impression and makes me not want to come back. On the other hand, there’s another young woman who wears a head covering who is absolutely wonderful — always smiling, friendly, and genuinely helpful. She once even left her checkout to show me where a product was and spent time explaining the product. Her kindness and professionalism are exactly what make customers feel valued and want to return. Global Fresh is a great store, but staff like Dilisha need proper customer service training — or perhaps a different role — because her attitude is driving loyal customers away.

   Worst goat meat found in my entire life. I am a regular customer of this shop .I always bring goat meat and egg from here. But i never satisfied by goat meat .it's smell very fast and hard to chewing meat very very bad experience and waste of money if rating is zero i give 0 rating.Think about customer health please

   Poor customer service. Shop looks horrible. Things laying everywhere. Smells horrible. No prices on most of things. Almost like they want to charge you per your your skin color. People are un helpfull. Ladies behind the counter throw your change at you, and ignore you. Would give zero stars if it was possible.

   This is more of an Indian / Fijian grocery shop. You get most of the stuff and more than in Yogji or Bombay Bazar. The shop is bit messy but most of the veggies are fresh and cheap and of good quality. Highly recommended place to be. Plenty of car park available as well.

   Very gentle well behaved and friendly owner and staff. Probably the best I have ever seen or experienced. Products are of great quality, wide range and selection, and very convenient, especially the FREE fish and meat cutting service they offer! Hats off. They go out of their way to help customers out, in two occasions I have experienced myself! Very reasonable (if not the cheapest in town in a lot of products) and conveniently priced items. Very quickly they have become one of the favourite shopping destinations of I and my family. Their curry piece goat meat and whole chicken curry cut packs are the absolute trophy items, as well as the best priced largest mud crabs I have ever seen! Try for yourself and become a fan. Highly recommended and wishing all the very best of luck to this store.
