   Standing at the counter waiting for one of the 3 staff chatting with one another to acknowledge my presence. After giving up and asking for somebody to process a refund, they get started without a word. Not even "hello", just the bare minimum to get the transaction done. Have never felt like such an imposition as a customer. I suggest working on your staff training.

   I usually love this store. This afternoon I was ‘greeted’ by ‘just to let you know we close soon’ (in an abrupt tone), at 5:14pm as I walked in by a staff member. Store is 5:30pm close, which I’m well aware of. I work in retail myself. I understand it is a long day in store. I am also perfectly aware of time & knew what I wanted, likely to be under 5min. Perhaps review how you greet customers. I had come in to purchase a jumper I’d seen yesterday in Dunedin & wanted to purchase in Christchurch. Doubt I’ll come back for a while.

   Usually have to go in search of help from a staff member. I cannot believe the appalling state of the dressing rooms in their store in The Crossing. The curtains just get worse and worse each time I go there. The hooks are broken and curtains hanging on for dear life. There are big clumps of built up dust at the bottom the large mirror at the end of the fitting rooms. Most of the lightbulbs are blown. Come on Country Road up your standards on the poor maintenance of your fitting rooms! They are a disgrace to your company's image and brand.

   Located in the heart of the city on cashel street with back entrance near the fresh choice super market. This store is very well presented with good stock on sizes etc. Staff were super helpful and attentive, put a garment on hold for us and wait for us to come from the riccaton shop, help us order online and deliver it to our place with no charge.

   Not the best experience Still waiting on an order that was done more than 14 days ago. Staff didnt help was directing me online which no1 including the Customer Service team would do anything. Just wanting a retro bag for my daughter. Nothing too hard.
