“Reading some of the comments here lol. Some people are just hard to please, complaining about an ant and punishing the business with a poor review. This place was $99 on a weekend. Seriously. You’re getting so much for your money here. Comfy bed, modern decor and bathroom. Heating. Electric blankets. It provides for a very comfortable stay.”

“Great spot if you’re here for a conference where you’ll be spending all day out. It’s about 500m from the Te Pae conference center, right in the middle of the city. The rooms are small, but they are self contained with private bathrooms. The internal rooms with no windows are affordably priced and they are clean. The reception is available 24/7 so it’s great for any late check ins. I really can’t fault this accommodation.”

I was feeling poorly and the owner was accommodating by putting me in another room away from noise and allowed me to check out late to get some much needed sleep”

“Wonderful stay! Check in/out was simple. Rooms were very clean and beds were comfy. Really well priced for the room we got. Location was perfect. Saw a few reviews about road noise but we had absolutely no issue with road noise, motel is positioned towards Hagley Park and therefore surrounding buildings block the noise from Moorhouse Rd. Would absolutely stay here again!”

The room was one of the best we’ve stayed in — extremely spacious, clean, best view - park facing and beautifully maintained. It even had a spa in the bathroom, which made the stay extra relaxing. There is parking on site. The hospitality and service were exceptional. Harman was truly lovely and she was very considerate, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Highly recommend booking here — and Harman is definitely the best person to deal with!”

“Comfortable rooms, comfortable bed at a good price. Clean rooms, well serviced. Location is close to Riccarton / Westfield Mall. An easy walk to shop to you drop! Mc Donald's is also easy walking distance. Some staff at time did not seem to have english as a first language, but communicated ok... On Riccarton Road, so good access to central Christchurch city centre and also towards the main number 1 highway and airport. Good value for money in my view. Reccomend if you want a comfortable stay at a good price and location.”
