The wifi was not good at all. The shower was so bad that they needed replacement other than that was not too bad.
It is a very nice place that is close to everything. Very clean and tidy, quiet location, and our room was perfect for us. Thank you, Courtesy Court team.
Clean warm and comfortable. Also well priced. Recent refurbished. Booked 1 bedroom unit had microwave 2 hobs and small fridge. Happily book again.
A lovely quiet and clean place to stay the night. Has a kitchen, laundry, and the front staff was very kind to us. Has a few great restaurant options within walking distance and not too far from the botanical gardens. We had to miss one night stay here because we had an issue with our flight and they didn't refund us. Kind of disappointed about that, but otherwise the place was great.
We were pleasantly surprised at how clean and comfortable this motel was! We picked for the affordable price, but it was way better than others we have paid more for. Super friendly staff, close enough to town to walk (or $9 uber) The small kitchenette would be great if you were staying a while
My mum stayed there for 2 wks while she was down with other family members. They seemed happy enough but in all the time that she had been there they did not get serviced. Mums quite a tidy housekeeping lady and likes things in order and expects to get what she pays for.
Avoid at all costs. By far the worst experience from a motelier. Not only did we only get 1 bed for 3 of us (we clearly booked for 3 and were advised online it suited 3) but when we asked if we could get a bigger room, the motelier became very aggressive, telling us "it's our problem" over and over. This made it impossible to stay and he made us pay for a night even though we didn't stay. As a side note, in the end we're happy we didn't stay as the condition of the place was run down and dirty. Would never recommend, best to go else where. Would give a zero if possible
We really enjoyed our stay in this quiet, clean and comfortable, appropriately priced Motel. The location was close enough for us to walk into the city and to the Botanical gardens. We had a two bedroom unit which was great for two adults and three children. It was Winter but we were very cozy. I like that we could easily wash and dry laundry.
Budget type motel. Small bathroom. We had room 4 which faced west. Direct sun all afternoon, the window would only open a small amount and no air conditioning Stifling and very uncomfortable. May be ok in winter!!
Good value, basics all provided. Super friendly service and staff were ready to provide suggestions for sight seeing and restaurants. I wouldn't consider it the cleanest place though. The kitchenette tiles were sticky, and some of the towels provided looked used. We were told we were "upgraded" to a king size bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. The "middle" of this bed was therefore super hard and overly soft and worn out at the centre of the mattress.
