   Comfortable rooms, comfortable bed at a good price. Clean rooms, well serviced. Location is close to Riccarton / Westfield Mall. An easy walk to shop to you drop! Mc Donald's is also easy walking distance. Some staff at time did not seem to have english as a first language, but communicated ok... On Riccarton Road, so good access to central Christchurch city centre and also towards the main number 1 highway and airport. Good value for money in my view. Reccomend if you want a comfortable stay at a good price and location.

   We booked a non refundable stay. At the start of the week we were to travel our life changed and our Mum took ill and was choppered to Dunedin hospital subsequently dying!.. i made contact straight away via the booking app I had booked on. Explained our situation and asked if there was anyway we could use it at a later date ( wasn’t worried too much as life happens) the issue is I had zero response with the motel…. Communication is key!

   Wish it was a 5 star review! Location was great, right across the road from the mall, plenty of parking The rooms were decent sized and the underfloor heating a perk, as well as good wall panel heating The positives end there! Advertised as a spa bath apartment, the spa function was broken and seems to habe been for a long time based on reviews. The bath was dirty as was various walls, floors and chairs etc Broken couch, also a broken TV in the main area, was told to use the small tvs in bedroom only?? 4 people over 2 nights and had to ask for fresh towels and rubbish to be changed as there was no check up once we checked in

   Don’t bother booking. Beside draws had glass on the top that had not been cleaned (water rings and dust) I went to get a glass out of the cupboard and it was stuck to the bottom from not been cleaned properly. The bar fridge was leaking everywhere with two small milk containers swimming at the bottom that had been thrown in. Lastly the rubbish bin was dirty with grime. Just save your money and book somewhere clean the photo are not showing up well

   This was an expensive motel. Spiders in bath, worn furniture, incredibly small, dark & dingy. Would never stay here again.

   Had a good stay here, everything was clean and had a nice view of trees out the window. I was surprised being on Riccarton road, how quiet it was in my room (811). Will stay again.

   It does not have 50 TV channels. The bed is horrendous if you like feeling every spring in the mattress you will be great. Otherwise sleep on the floor. The shower head was broken. It's rated 5 star, it is not.
