My campervan broke down and the people here discounted my rate... gave me discount for Gondola, Punting, Botanical gardens tour and the Tram. Told me which bus to catch. Friendly staff, good wifi and clean tidy facilities. Very grateful for their understanding and help
We spent two nights here which were very cold and the room was cold. Very inadequate heating and very light cover on the bed with no electric blanket. We had to borrow a woollen blanket and hot water bottles from relatives just to get warm. Room is very dated and in great need of upgrade. Bathroom was also cold and shower pressure poor. Would not recommend this place.
What a wonderful welcome, very friendly and very clean, their attention to detail very good. My 2 little fur babies were made to feel welcome. Parking is good and close to supermarket. Thankyou for the stay.
Great to find a motel that was dog friendly. Reception was so helpful. Although unit was a bit dated it was very clean. Comfortable bed. Top quality fluffy towels. Everything was perfect for my needs. Especially with my dog. I will return again if needed. Thankyou.

The room was run down. A broken power plug, a shower tap fell off, no soap at all (until we asked), a lot of the cabinets and doors are water damaged. The permanent residents were noisy and had a verbal fight outside our room at 1 o'clock in the morning. Disappointing accommodation.
Clean, well priced and renovated, this pet friendly motor lodge is close to shopping centre for supplies. There were a limited number of state emergency housing units leased but there were not noticable. Disability unit I had was excellently appointed and VERY SPACIOUS. I can't understand why emergency housing is at such a nice place. I might apply myself. The staff were really helpful and the beds were plush. Photos to come
Genuinely nice staff, facilities are clean. Stove top was not easy to use. The only gripe we have is, we were told by staff to park in disability park and during the night, some ignorant person parked right behind us, stopping us from leaving early to see our daughter play rep touch. Staff were not able to locate the individual involved.
Clean, tidy nice folk but the only heating in my room was a noisy wall mounted fan heater. On a cold winters night the choice was freeze or not sleep. I presume summer would be uncomfortably hot with the lack of air conditioning.
