   Very kind owners, came to say hello and thank us for our stay before leaving. We missed them in the morning due to a late check-in, for which they were very accommodating. Our room was great for the price, had a classic Kiwi batch vibe that will make any 80s/90s kid feel nostalgic. Nice place. Would stay again :)

   We booked at room 3 here from 20 November through to 26 November. Our host mother and daughter owner we met spoke was very nice and welcoming. The basic needs is fully met and their overall cleanliness and room upkeep is worth praising indeed. We heading to Melbourne on 26 November Wednesday 9am flight thus needed this transition stay. Budget friendly welcoming owner basic needsn100% met near Riccarton Mall convenient although bells and whistles is not relevant cos of easy pricing. Recommended for guests wanting value for money.    The rooms while dated were comfortable and warm! The family that owns this are the loveliest hosts I have experienced. Very warm and welcoming, ensuring we were comfortable and not rushed. Will definitely stay again when back in chch!

   The hosts went out of their way to provide suitable amenities for me and my husband who is unable to walk without a high walker. A ramp was put at door, a special bed, and the use of the paraplegic unit. We loved that we could have our little dog with us. The room was quite small but for one or two nights it was fine. The hosts were so pleasant and helpful and a lovely email arrived this morning to say thank you for staying there. Never had that before anywhere. We'll be back. Thankyou
