I have found CHCH Rentals to be an excellent company...Sonja, Rod and their team are very professional, friendly and accommodating, pardon the pun! I can highly recommend to both prospective tenants and landlords.
Nice properties, good team, been a tenant since last 5 years without any issues.
PSA: predatory landlord. Bond did not get lodged with Tenancy Services (which is unlawful). We were charged a professional cleaning fee up front in order to secure a tenancy (which is unenforceable - tenants are not required to pay for professional cleaning as long as the property is left reasonably clean & tidy). We were billed for several bogus claims after the tenancy ended, amounting to potentially several thousand dollars. We only got our bond and cleaning fee back after challenging their claims and being prepared to take them to the tenancy tribunal.
