After my husband came home with our order, we realised we were missing a few things. I called up to explain and Kaye was so apologetic and helpful! “We spent the first night of our trip at The George (after much hassle with flight delays, which the team was extremely accommodating for!) was one of the most spectacular nights of our trip! The service was unmatched (Thank you Matt!) and George bear will be our travel companion forever! It was the perfect place to relax and rejuvenate after a long journey and breakfast the next morning was spectacular! My only complaint is that I couldn’t stay forever! I would come to Christchurch just to spend a night here again!”

“A very unique café with an internal garden that creates a small indoor sanctuary. There’s also a designer clothing store right next to it, adding to the charm. You’ll need to book in advance if you want a good spot, as it can get quite busy on weekends. I’ll try to come early next time to fully enjoy the atmosphere. The coffee was decent.”
