If you want to learn about hospitality, I 100% recommend joining this institution. You'll gain a lot of valuable knowledge about the hospitality and catering industry, along with hands on skills in areas such as FOH, kitchen skills, barista, food safety and much more. The institution offers a variety of opportunities and helps guide you in figuring out what you want to do even if you're unsure about your career path. You'll meet a diverse group of people and the experience is truly valuable. I've met some amazing individuals that I cherish. The mentors and staff are incredible - special thanks to Chef Andy, who's been the perfect teacher and provided us with this amazing opportunity to learn.

Their 6-week course is a rewarding experience. It blends practical skills with theoretical knowledge, making it both engaging and informative. The instructors are passionate and supportive, always willing to provide guidance to help you improve. I especially enjoy the hands-on cooking, baking and coffee making sessions, which makes learning feel dynamic and exciting. Whether you're new to the industry or looking to refine your skills, this course is a fantastic stepping stone toward a career in hospitality. Thanks team

Absolutely loved this course would highly recommend:) great mix of in class and online work. All of the teachers are super lovely and try their best to help you as much as they can. It can also lead into great opportunities in the industry and help you reach your goals. We did lots of cooking and baking aswell which was so fun. I’m leaving this course super motivated and ready to start working again. Awesome if you’re not sure what area you want to work in, within the hospo industry.

A great company to work for. There is a global shortage of hospitality staff and as an educator we have focused our attention on our accreditations and approvals to ensure we offer world class qualifications to all students. Our unique blended online learning model allows students to continue to earn whilst they learn and become reputable qualified chefs

I highly recommend International Culinary Studio as a great choice if you’re looking at studying in the culinary arts. With a huge range of course options, through the levels, and being online-based, means complete flexibility to fit in around your life. Personally, I work full time and have a child so being able to pick up and carry on when it suits me is a huge benefit. The online tools, videos and the wealth of knowledge amongst the team of chef support and mentoring is second to none. They’re always there at the end of phone or video call to answer any questions or chat things through. The administration team are a great support too. After completing a Diploma in Patisserie a year ago which I thoroughly enjoyed, I’m now partway through my second course of study, Level 4 Cookery, with the aim of completing by the year end. Suffice to say my experience with ICS has been great, and highly recommend picking up the phone and giving them a call if the culinary arts is a passion of yours that you wanting to pursue. Follow that dream!

I feel as though the international culinary studio's has helped me increase my knowledge of the hospitality industry and has supported me through this process in such a short period of time!, it's also easier studying flexibly online and having that one on one support when needed, and the zoom class calls are always helpful and enjoyable. Being a mother life gets super busy! and I don't think studying gets any easier than this!.

Hello For online culinary studies, I highly recommend International Culinary Studio. It's wonderful to be able to cook in the privacy of your own home. When you work full-time, time management you need to be able to manage your time .The added benefit is that you can earn a New Zealand Certificate in Cookery Level 4 entirely online. I am a proud Cook Islander. We can do anything if we have the right mentality. I'm in my fifties and I'm ecstatic to have accomplished this goal. Learn how to prepare restaurant-style cuisine and create your own trademark dish. Chef Helen is a fantastic tutor, just like Chef Ben. They are encouraging and will accompany you on your journey. Best wishes on your journey. Take the plunge and get cooking. Nga Mihi
