“I go there almost every week with a coffee group. They know my order so well, now i dont even have to ask. The coffee is great (self confessed coffee snob. I will not drink instant) the breakfast, eggs on sourbread toast is what I usually order. It is consistently fabulous every time, thats why I order the same thing. Because I know it is great. The place is clean, tidy. Staff are friendly and inviting. Service is outstanding. I am in a wheelchair and they accommodate my needs..I cannot recommend enough..I tell other people to go there and they trust me because I am so fussy. 5/5 from me..thank you for making Fridays a day to look forward to. “Was totally unprepared for the quality of the food that arrived at our table - Creamy Mushrooms and Lambs Fry and Bacon. It took a little time to prepare because everything was freshly cooked. My lambs fry took me back some 75 years to my grandmother’s kitchen which was not too far from where Kai Kitchen is today. Terrific atmosphere, ever so friendly staff. Do try it - it is a visit you won’t regret.”

The coffee was great and the lady opened to the door for me as my hands were full. Someone using their brains! I had a steak jalepeno cheese - which I couldn’t even eat it all - hubby had classic mince and cheese. Perfect temperature. $25 for the lot (2 flat whites and 2 pies) Happy as.”

The pies I tried actually had large pieces of meat. Not your normal lots of saucy gunk and token meat. If you were closer to where I lived I am sure I would visit more... “Great food and great people. The staff is always friendly and attentive and the multiple times I have been here the food was never meh. Always a great quality and taste and I like that they regularly vary the menu slightly. Our go to place in Rolly! The atmosphere is elevated pub-restaurant. A few interior design changes and lighting changes to break up the wide open room a bit, could make it feel a bit more cozy. It is still a great atmosphere and feel good restaurant.”
