Lovely staff always friendly just wish they would re stock somethings they have removed as a local shopper not getting what I need and having to go elsewhere is annoying
This evening, a staff member went above and beyond for our family! I believe her name was Kaye, working in the click and collect department this evening. After my husband came home with our order, we realised we were missing a few things. I called up to explain and Kaye was so apologetic and helpful! So much so that she personally delivered our missing items to our home after her shift finished! Just incredible!
Lovely shopping but the disappointment was the lack of knowledge of the new promotion to get bonus New World $$$ Relayed the message to Club Card hopefully next time staff have a better understanding not sure where the problem was with the roll out.
Great freshfood department, well stocked and very well presented. Lovley clean and tidy store with very friendly staff.
I love this supermarket. The staff are friendly and helpful. There is a very relaxed atmosphere in the store. And you can buy a coffee before you shop and place it in the coffee holder on the trolley.
Nice shop but don’t take AMEX. Only supermarket I know that doesn’t. If they did I’d make it my regular.
Best stop over for a quick shopping before going Northbound. The staff are very friendly! Products are of high quality and good value.
Nice quiet evening 8.35pm I'm sorry for interrupting your checkout staffs scintillating conversation. I'll zip off to PAK n SAVE next time. They are far more welcoming and courteous.
It’s good and they have every thing. But I think it’s a faraday cage because there’s very little reception. Waiting for my lady to reply to text I find my self putting more unnecessary items in the basket.
