“Love this gym . The instructors know what they are doing and are super keen to help if needed . The equipment range is slowly getting better too . It’s definitely an older persons gym , I would say majority are 40 plus . But all the members are respectful with the equipment, wipe everything down and put things away . There are lots of fantastic classes as well.”

“Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. They helped me understand a lot about the chemical balance of our pool. The free water testing is great, and they are not pushy about selling products. I purchased their testing kit as the one I had inherited was giving incorrect results. I highly recommend the 4 in 1 testing kit, it appears to be as accurate as the machine test results - however still worth checking with the machine once in a while.”

“Impeccable service! Today, I had the absolute pleasure of being assisted by the wonderful Arzana (thanks to the emailed receipt i was able to find her name) at North Beach. From the moment I walked in, her genuine warmth and kindness made all the difference. Despite my anxiety (which I hide well) she greeted me with the most sincere smile, instantly putting me at ease. Arzana went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair of Crocs for my teenager. She patiently searched through the racks, even kneeling down to ensure she found the right size. When she couldn't locate it, she seamlessly guided me through other options, her helpfulness never faltering. Her thoughtfulness shone through when she asked if I was a member. Though I was unsure, she took the initiative to check using my number anyway, and to my surprise, I was indeed a member! She even pointed out a discount that had been applied for my recent birthday, which I hadn't noticed. Her attention to detail and proactive assistance were truly impressive. As I left the store, bidding me farewell with a genuine smile, I couldn't help but feel immensely grateful. “Good value and very friendly staff, but during busy hours there may be a bit of wait to get served. Handy location with ample parking. Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.”

“We visited Crystal Mountain during the week ( school term ) it is a great place with lots to offer and very unusual and interesting things to see. It boasts A Crystal Museum and store, Huge indoor play area, two cafes, carousel rides and a roller coaster, interesting animals, large dinosaur statues and more... Lots of free parking on-site . Ideal for all ages and for kids birthday parties. You get to Interact with most animals and feed them (the animal food is sold at the main entrance Cafe) The indoor play area includes 3 rides ( Carousel, teacup and train), a jumping castle plus a Massive activity area and a separate play area for toddlers Outside activities includes a train ride, roller coaster and tractor ride. The two cafes have a variety of food on their menu and is child friendly, one cafe is situated at the main entrance and the other at the indoor play area. The staff are super super kind ,friendly , interactive and helpful. We noticed a few of the staff cover alot of responsibility of the park and even with all that responsibility they still made our visit so much more fun. A huge thanks to the amazing team namely the young lady that does the train ride and sees to the animals, the young gentleman that operates the indoor rides and oversees the indoor play area and the helpful lady at the cafe who took the time to explain all that we needed to know so that we made the most of our time there. The Crystal Museum store sell so many beautiful and unusual items. Cons: The Main cafe food is substandard but cheap, we didnt try the food at the play area Cafe. When we bought our tickets on Grab One we ensured we bought the full access tickets there was no mention that during the school term week the Rollercoaster and tractor rides do not operate, we only found this out at the cafe counter when we handed our tickets in. I will definitely be going back.”

UPDATE 25/02/25 Spent $370:90 reciept shows that amount, got bank statement & found i was charged $378:31 =2% SURCHARGE, after speaking to shop (they tried to blame my bank)saw my bank & it explained that their eftpos point would have added it on. Didn't see any signs informing me of this. I sugest u DON'T use their PAYAVE!! I have all statements.”

“I came in for a last minute purchase before an event and was feeling rather stressed and the lovely lovely sales assistant was so kind she complimented me on my dress which made my whole week as I wasnt feeling the most confident and her overall customer service skills were top knotch everyone else working there seemed to avoid customers and not want to be there she deserves a pay rise or some recognition this will be my preffered store from now!
