Here at dress smart Right Now and the staff refused to help when requested to look up a pair for its availability across AKL! Disappointing as the customer service is too poor! Perhaps she does not even understand English as had to repeat my question twice!!
I love the shoes, and my shoe rack is full of New Balance, but the customer service was disappointing. I went to the store today around 5 PM and left feeling extremely frustrated. There was only one shoe on display, and I asked the staff at the reception to help me find the other to complete the pair. Instead, the guy and the girl laughed in my face and told me to get it myself. There were so many boxes, and I was confused, so I asked for help again—but once more, they laughed and repeated that I should get it myself. Anyway I brought two shoes with the help of other new guy, guy with the long braid hair
I was served by a lovely young lady named Lei at Onehunga Outlet a few days ago. She was friendly, kind and went out of her way to help my kids and I find what we needed! Thank you Lei, you’re a star - we hope to see you again!

Quite busy when I went on a Saturday afternoon, but I quickly located the model and size I wanted by myself and was served by an assistant with a pleasant manner. Prices was OK. Will go back.
Service is always the best here. Gabe gave helpful advice about the type of shoe, then as it was not available there, gave us the option of it being delivered direct home from the shop where they did have the shoe we wanted. Shoes arrived by courier delivery couple of days later, no extra charge. That's why these guys our always our first option.
