Who is the manager of this store shocking customer service. Especially dealing with online purchases. Check your emails please I want my refund sorted asap I know the jacket was received by online returns yesterday. Youβs never got back to me either about the purchase before this one. Love your sales but need to sort your staff out.

Have waited over a month to receive an order, received fake counterfeit shoes, broken pieces, exposed glue, honestly a joke. Have been pretty patient with their customer service. Online comms advised will correct, still have not received anything or even a response, followed up 3 times via email with "anna" support desk, St lukes store inbox is full of messages you cant get through, sylvia park store phone number is disconnected 'Network manager' Geoffrey Young ignores his phone calls. incompetent company

I came in for a last minute purchase before an event and was feeling rather stressed and the lovely lovely sales assistant was so kind she complimented me on my dress which made my whole week as I wasnt feeling the most confident and her overall customer service skills were top knotch everyone else working there seemed to avoid customers and not want to be there she deserves a pay rise or some recognition this will be my preffered store from now! I visited on 18/11 at around 6pm

Came on Sunday 9th October 5 PM. To exchange the size. There was a girl " sale assistant ". Poker face,no interest in customers whatsoever. She said she can't do it because computer didn't work and more over she was not trained how to do exchange. Glassons has more interest in their customers than this store's sale assistant. She looked like she just came to replace some one , so unprofessional and incompetent. We came from West Auckland 25 km drive. When I said I am going to complain she told me go for it lol. Absolutely shocked and I can say we not going to be back to the shop with this kinda customer service where average price per item 150 doll! Owners you are loosing customers! Wake up

This has been the most disappointing service Iβve ever received from any company. My partner placed an order on the 25th of February. She was mucked around by saying her order was coming from a different store and it would be delayed. Next thing we receive a notification saying everything is ready for collection at the store. We drive 30 minutes to pick it up to be told only the partial delivery was ready for pick up and that the rest was on the way however got an email that day to say it was cancelled and the remaining order was refunded. With no compensation for the inconvenience caused. Weβve been waiting for a refund for over 3 weeks. Called the store, they advised β they canβt do nothing about this the online store has nothing to do with the physical Sylvia park store.β If I want the refund I need to chase after the online store they canβt follow up on my refund. Have been calling the online store been hanged up 2x and not been able to get a proper solution or refund. Is this what we call customer service??? Order number #1925973. Look forward to hearing from someone from your organisation who can do something about this.

Lovely looking store with good range by shockingly bad customer service. Having not had experience using their specific click and collect I came in after I received an order confirmation that zero about waiting for yet another email. Asked a staffer who referred my to the store manager who argued with me that I should some how psychically know their process, despite no mention on the email, not interested in taking feedback to see the process could have had better comms. This chain needs to train their staff on empathy it is amazing how quickly that can make the customer feel understood. Click and collected ended up taking 24 hours which if the store manager had not been involved would have been a better experience overall.
