   Bad customer service and stock was not priced or incorrect labelling! Do not recommend... read on for my review. No pricing on most of the Doc Martens footwear and when I asked the 2 customer service staff who were standing around not assisting anyone I was told that the prices keep changing hence why they don't advertise the price and that I could take a pair of footwear from down the back all the way to the counter to have them price checked! Also a lot of the Crocs footwear were incorrectly sized on the holders so finding the right fit on your own cause customer service staff like to stand around the counter talking to each other instead of going to see if the 10 or so potential customers in the store would like help! How about check the stock to make sure things ate right and ensure prices are on all items! Your staff should also be assisting people instead of dancing around and talking to each other! Poor experience at this store, wouldn't waste my time going there again!

   The staff here are amazing and friendly overall great energy which is much appreciated, the brunette lady is super cute to! great prices and deals and overall ambience is great alot retail stores could learn from this store especially in current tough times, thank you and keep it up!

   This store has good deals but the customer service is less than one star. I guess because it is outlet store but still need to show some respect to customer. I have tried to buy a pair of shoes but couldn’t find the right size so have asked one of the female staff (Black long hair with glasses) but was not hard enough to check the stock and just handed over the shoe box to myself to hold on to it without saying anything which was very inappropriate and rude. Have asked the other white tall male staff and he said he is going to look for it but disappeared without saying anything and found him was standing at the counter… What a great customer service.. great deal doesn’t mean the customer has to be treated that way.

   I came in on Friday the 5th of May and asked one of the ladies if platypus was hiring she was quite rude and acted like she did not want to assist. She had blonde hair ,coloured eyes and she was working with an Asian lady that morning.The blonde lady looked quite grumpy and her whole persona was quite off putting. Was not a really good experience off the bat. I would not want to work with someone like that.

   Ordered online for pick up and received confirmation, later to then be told my order was denied with no explanation as to why. Customer service said it was a “payment issue” and to reorder the product now that the price had conveniently gone up $110. Absolutely disgusting
