“I absolutely love Japanese food, and Daruma Ramen is the best I’ve had so far in Auckland. We’ve been here so many times — it’s become our go-to place for dinner, and it never disappoints. The food is consistently delicious, authentic, and comforting. The service is always excellent, and I especially love the robot food server — such a fun and unique touch! The place itself is modest but very comfortable, which makes it even more welcoming.”

“Had an amazing birthday dinner here. Both cocktails I had (Strawberry Kiss & Pink Gin Spritz) were so delicious. Cheesy Garlic Pizza Bread was so yummy, and my sirloin main with truffle parmesan fries, peas, & gravy was one of the best meals I’ve had out in a while. Staff were very friendly too, & food & drinks all came out quickly (was a Monday night though!). Will definitely come back.”

“Best fried chicken around. I got the spicy chicken burger combo and 5 spicy wings. The food is all made to order so give some time for it to be prepped, it’s worth the wait. You can taste when food is reheated, has been sitting around or poorly made - this isn’t the case here. The spicy burger was juicy and succulent with fresh lettuce, onions, mayo and buns. The fried chicken wings were crunchy, juicy and spicy - not overly oily. Best I’ve ever had. Chips had a great seasoning salt on them as well. Portions might be on the smaller side for some, but I would rather spend money on good food instead of being disappointed with the quality. You pay for what you get and this is really good food! Will definitely be back to try the kebabs too!”

“I went here with my boss and coworkers. It’s one of the places my boss recommended. The soup looked really spicy but wasn’t as hot as it seemed, though it still had a nice, tingly heat on the tongue. The handmade noodles varied in thickness and had a chewy, satisfying texture. It was so delicious, I was really impressed! The combination of egg and minced meat was just the right amount. Even though I’m Japanese, I really love these noodles. It’s light on the stomach, so I truly love it! Thank you!”

“OMG, I haven't been here in years but I pre ordered the 2 person special, chicken fried rice, wontons and sweet & sour pork. It was the tastiest Chinese takeaway we've ever had. There was no grease or fat. There is enough food for tomorrow night as well. I will be back!!!”
