I ate here 5 times over the course of a year and the quality is consistent. I have a peasant's taste bud so I can't really judge it by that matric, so it's just good.
Amazing burgers, super juicy and full of flavour. Fresh ingredients, great fries, and friendly staff. Quick service and really good value. Definitely coming back!!!
Hey guys sorry but 6/10 for me today. Burgers were a bit dry and a bit of a weird after taste, chips looked like they had been cooked about 4 times. Service was friendly. Cheers
Great place to pre-order and collect including vegan options, but not exactly a great atmosphere to sit and eat inside. Very tasty vegan burger! And a practical box to hold it in while eating
Did not follow requested instructions to remove tomatoes due to allergy. Arrived at pick up time suggested by online order and had to wait an additional 15min. Food presentation is fine. Flavor is average... just another average burger joint.
I was in the area with a friend and he suggested this place, I came here three times and left very satisfied and happy with my experience with Burger Fuel. The burgers were amazing along with the sides they provided, the atmosphere was unbeatable, the vegetarian/vegan options were mouthwatering and the cleanliness was top notch. Next time I come to New Zealand again this is definitely on my togo list. It would be even better if they can grow their vegetarian options.
Worse burgerfuel there is!when I ordered online the wait said 40 minutes which is ridiculous but I chose to wait that long but then it got to an hour and our food still was not ready. While waiting for the food the staff were avoiding serving anyone that walked in because they were struggling to keep up with orders as it was. People were complaining about the wait time and being served cold chips and the staff were laughing at the back like it was funny. After waiting just over an hour for 2 burgers and kumara chips I was so disappointed! The chips packet was half filled with cold soggy and half cooked kumara chips, the burger with the crispy potato chips was disgusting because the crispy potato chips were no longer crispy. I will not be coming back to this burger fuel. Avoid at all costs!
Excellent service, gourmet burgers. Way healthier than other fast food chains. Nice and vibrant environment. Their vegan range is really great. Kept tidy and clean. Staff is very helpful and understanding. Prompt service on top.
Pretty good tasting burgers honestly. Service was fast and place is well kept. When I first came here, the chicken in the burger tasted pretty burnt (not a good bbq taste) but decided to give another go. This time I ordered the burgers at the counter and was asked if I'd like cheese with them.. I said yes. Turns out they charge $2.5 for an extra slice of cheese. Menu only indicates additions from $1 but has a long list. Kumara fries tasted good too, just had a little bit too much small pieces that were burnt.
