   Ordered the Hand Pulled Noodle Soup with Braised Beef through UberEats. Very quick turnaround service. 10/10 was fresh, flavourful and all around enjoyable. Noodles came in a seperate container. Also very reasonable pricing. Recommend. Will definitely be trying again.

   Love this place. We had the braised beef, hand pulled noodle in the spicy soup and pork and chive dumplings in hot and sour soup. It was absolutely delicious, the beef was gelatinous and melt in your mouth, there was a good amount if meat also, hand pulled noodles were authentic and yum, broth was really good too. The hot and sour soup was very good too and both dishes had very generous portions. Priced vary fairly too, we had the 2 dishes pictured (the noodles were upsized for an extra $1.50) and I also got a can of coke and it was $36 total. 100% would recommend and definitely going back here !!

   I went here with my boss and coworkers. It’s one of the places my boss recommended. The soup looked really spicy but wasn’t as hot as it seemed, though it still had a nice, tingly heat on the tongue. The handmade noodles varied in thickness and had a chewy, satisfying texture. It was so delicious, I was really impressed! The combination of egg and minced meat was just the right amount. Even though I’m Japanese, I really love these noodles. It’s light on the stomach, so I truly love it! Thank you!

   We were craving something soupy and, since we were in Panmure, figured Xi'an Food Bar would be the perfect spot. It was our first time at a Xi'an restaurant, and while the place is a bit run down with a simple atmosphere, the waitstaff were friendly and helped us order. We tried the Xi'an style cold noodles, lamb soup with vermicelli, hand-pulled noodles with braised pork, pork & chive dumplings in sour soup, regular pork & chive dumplings, and some pita bread. I must say, the soup bases were all truly delicious! I usually prefer smooth, silky noodles rather than the coarse, hand-pulled or stretched variety, a case of individual tastes, individual indulgence.But the flavours in these dishes were fantastic. And the prices? This was easily my most affordable meal in Auckland so far!

   Food was pretty good and came out quickly. It's all self service which could seem like the staff don't care but it's expected that you help yourself. The place is fairly small so for a large family it would be difficult to fit everyone in. The largest table fits 4 people. Parking may be difficult depending on what time you go. There are no restaurant specific parks, just the parallel parks on the road.

   Almost walked right past the place! Food is very good here. We tried 3 of the different hand pulled noodles and 2 Chinese burgers, all were great. Good portion sizes too and prices are fairly cheap at $14-15 per bowl. Will definitely be coming back to try some other dishes! Also don't sleep on the dark plum soup (which is actually just plum juice)

   My first time ordering from the Panmure branch. Have been to the Dominion Rd before. This time we opted for braised pork with hand pulled noodles and pork dumplings in sour soup. Both were outstanding and well packed (it was a takeaway). The hand pulled noodles seem like their USP. Dumplings were pretty good too...esp the soup. Will be going back for sure.
