   We went there for a Christmas lunch with the team. We all ordered together and thought food will be served. I ordered Entree platter to try there entrees but what I was served was FROZEN Fish finger, chicken nuggets fries, burnt money bags and 1 curry puff. I didn’t ordered kids platter it was a normal entree platter. On top of that half of the table was waiting for food because they decided to serve a table who ordered after us first and the reason was because it was a table of 2. Is this a joke? Because we are table to 10 we will not get our hot food served until they fulfilled other table needs who ordered after us. Only thing served to us was the frozen food that they fried it together and dumped it on the table. It took us 1 hour and half to get the food and it was a quiet afternoon booking. Not even busy day. Terrible, not going there again.

   Zana at Ormiston Town Centre is truly one of the best places to visit! Every experience here has been amazing, and a big reason for that is the owner. He is such an incredible person – always so friendly, welcoming, and down to earth. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers, making everyone feel comfortable and valued. His humble nature really shines through and sets the tone for the whole team. The service is always excellent, and the staff reflect the same warmth and friendliness. On top of that, the food is consistently high quality – fresh, delicious, and full of flavor. Whether it’s a meal or just something quick, Zana never disappoints. It’s rare to come across a place where the owner’s passion and personality make such a big difference, but that’s exactly what makes Zana at Ormiston so special. Highly recommend for amazing food, outstanding service, and a welcoming atmosphere that keeps you coming back.

   Wonderful experience at Zana, humble polite and helpful staff, very knowledgeable!! Yummy food and great portion. Also, reasonable price. Right opposite to town center with plenty of free parking on street. The staff recommended great dishes and clean tidy place even during busy peak hours. The portion of plate is enough for two if you are not big eaters. Best Thai Halal place in Auckland!!

   Went for early lunch after our Saturday morning grocery shopping, staff was nice and caring, food was lovely and came pretty quick too. Generous amount for the price you pay, I was shocked when they served our snapper, way bigger than I’d imagined,perfectly seasoned too. Amazing dining experience. Will definitely come back and try some other dishes.

   I had the pleasure of dining at ZANA and it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The restaurant is clean and cozy, friendly service too. I ordered, from the Tom Yum Prawn soup to the Pad Thai Prawn, Garlic Fried Fish, Sweet and Sour Fish, and the Salad. The taste was amazing and I couldn't find a single flaw and even forgot to take any photos as when the food arrived, boy.. my tummy demanded to eat straight away! I highly recommend ZANA. Five stars don't do justice! Can't wait to return for another feast!

   First time I've ever been here, I heard so many great things about this place and now I know why. -Friendly owner and amazing staff. -Ambience of the restaurant was nice. -we ordered the Pad Thai and Basil fried rice and it was amazing! Taste was to perfection, quantity as well as the quality was spot on. Food came out within 10-15 mins of ordering. I'm a big fan of Pad Thai and it tasted like an authentic Thai dish. To all Muslims of Auckland Facebook group members they also offer 10% discount which was nice. Overall I would rate it 9.5/10

   Good portion and tasted yummy. Fried rice + sweet and sour chicken tasted equally good. Service was good overall. However, they ran out of coke and some staff were not as attentive when bringing out the water as it had something floating in the glass and we had to wait a little bit as the order was mixed up. Some tables were not arranged and it was getting setup on arrival but other than that, would go again.
