The customer support went out of her way to find one in the shop but none was available. So she phoned another shop (Glenfield) and had one reserved for me to pick up on the same day. “I have experienced some challenges with the customer service at this particular warehouse. I continue to shop here due to its convenient location. My five-star rating is specifically for my Boxing Day shopping experience. I sought assistance from three different individuals, all of whom were unable to help me. This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“I had such a lovely experience at Pandora Albany today! Unfortunately, I don’t know the staff member’s name, but she had long blonde hair. She was incredibly kind, patient, and really listened to what I wanted. From our chat, I understood she’s quite new to Pandora, but the customer service she provided and the way she helped me proved her great skills. I came in a bit unsure, but thanks to her guidance I found the perfect piece from the new collection and I loved it so much I wore it straight away! I’ll definitely be coming back to see her again.”

“This is a small little tea bar in the northwest mall just at the entrance. It's really gorgeous. The decor is stunning and service is nice. There is a huge range of tea and snacks. However the best tea is cinnamon and vanilla green tea. The prices are really good as well. Tea cups and teapots are fascinating. Definitely worth trying for all tea lovers !”

“Dan, you are awesome. We recently purchased a Laptop from Noel Leamings at Westgate. It was a replacement for my desktop which I had used for some time. Being not too up to date with tech, we had Dan at Noel Leeming’s Tech desk transfer all our files across to the new computer. He managed to transfer a great deal of data across to the laptop and he was so helpful walking us through the set-up. We found the entire process very convenient, and Dan’s expertise was invaluable. He untangled the tricky mess I had made of my passwords and my multiple email accounts with complete professionalism.
