“I understand what people say about the White Cross Northmed receptionists, but personally, I’ve had nothing but good experiences with them so far. It takes a little time to build that connection, but once you do, there’s friendly banter and lighthearted jokes that make visits more enjoyable. The real gem of this clinic though is Dr. Yulia. She gives her absolute 100% every time, going above and beyond as a GP. She listens, she cares, and she makes you feel truly seen and heard. This kind of GP doesn’t come around often, so she’s someone worth appreciating!”
