This five-star rating is dedicated to 'Ben,' who graciously took the time to retrieve items from boxes as they were not yet on the shelves, and to the young lady at customer service, who typically works at the self-checkout. Both individuals provided exceptional assistance.”

“Didn't have my glasses on and paid for items that must've been scanned before I used the checkout. I didn't realise until I left the store. When I went back the staff at information and security couldn't have been nicer and understanding. They checked the footage and gave me a refund, so thank you, even though it was technically my stupidity for forgetting my glasses!”

“Josh just saved my Christmas. I was after a Disney plushie for my gf’s mother, that had an annoying sku which multiple plushies were linekd to. I’ve been to two other Warehouse locations and had been met with lackluster customer service; pointing me towards the direction and/or not bothering to investigate stock amounts. And then I met Josh. This man looked up the sku, grabbed a ladder, and went hunting. The situation was getting dire as each box he went skimmed through failed to match what we were after. The last box looked grim, but as he turned it around, low and behold was the fateful sku I’ve been feining to find. The toy was raised out of the box like a new born child and passed to me. In that heart racing moment I promised to Josh that I’d write him a Google review. Please give him a raise.”

“I've seen some bad reviews recently so thought I'd add a positive one based on my experience yesterday. I am postpartum so struggling to find clothes I fit that are affordable. Finally after looking for what I wanted at other shops where the clothes didn't fit me AND were very expensive, I went to the warehouse and found what I was looking for, and they were cheap too. I asked a long haired blondish woman who was absolutely lovely, about sizing, because I was carrying my baby it was hard to try things on. She was very accurate and my clothes fit perfectly. The best thing about the Jeweler ltd was the staff who was very kind and exactly the one every customers wants. She is none other than Dew C from Thailand if i am not wrong.
