   Chick needed me to repeat 3 or 4 times the name of the pants I was after on the phone. We finally got there. She told me they were in stock but didn't actually check the floor, rookie move. I thought hey, she should know.. (I've worked in retail - always check the floor). Anyway, you know where this is going.. I feel like my number should have been able to be re-dialled or the phone history pulled back up.. Then maybe give me a call and tell me NO, they actually didn't have them in stock. Drove all the way over for no reason. Pretty annoyed. Waste of time, I called for a reason. Would it have killed you to call me back??

   Super helpful staff! Always go here for my son’s shoes knowing we’ll be looked after. Recently we had to exchange faulty shoes and the staff was super helpful as usual. Prices may be a bit higher than rebel , but they always have sizes and can assist

   Good customer service! My mum and I went through the entire mall from Footlocker, Hype, Platypus, etc and they either did not have enough range and sizes even though Footlocker had a sale, we did not purchase them. Others there was absolutely no customer service, and we ended up coming here, and the guy who served us was super helpful !! we ended up getting two pairs of shoes each. Stirling Sport Albany has great customer service + a good variety and range of sizes in stock! - which are all so hard to find now days.

   Outstanding help from Jamie! We have visited about eight stores looking for the right pair of shoes and most of the time the staff ignore us. Not here! Jamie went above and beyond advising us on suitable styles and taking so much of his time to go back and foward selecting different styles and sizes we asked for. He showed fantastic knowledge about appropriate sizing, different brands, styles for different contexts (streetwear vs sportswear etc). With Jamie's guidance we ended up buying two pairs and when we had come in thinking we would be lucky to find even one. Stirling Sports is lucky to have Jamie
