I attempted to contact Number Shoes head office customer service regarding my online order, but my call was not answered. I then contacted the Number Shoes Manukau Mall store, where Lalita assisted me. She was lovely, helpful, and provided excellent customer service. I really appreciated her support and professionalism.

Excellent customer service by Gurneet. I bought two pair of shoes. One of these ripped out completely in a few weeks. Went there and Gurneet offered an exchange straight away. Definitely, this will be shop I will visit to buy shoes next time

Amazing experience in hannahs, the customer service is impeccable and I'm always greeted with a kind manner. I never have a dilemna with buying shoes as the staff help so much with fashion advice and really understand what you're looking for. Highly recommend
Excellent customer service! The lady manager was able to track down a pair of shoes for me in a couple of days! So helpful. And the man that works there also is very helpful. Staff there always approach to see if there is any shoe I'm interested in.
We went there twice today. The first time was a little after they'd opened. Obviously too early for the staff there to want to talk to anyone, we were there for about 15 minutes, not once did either of the staff even acknowledge our existance. We left without buying anything. We went back a second time thinking that it couldn't be worse. We found shoes that were nearly right, 1/2 a size out and a little too light. We approached a salesperson and asked if he could find something that met what we wanted. He undertook to have a look and come back to us. On his way back he got waylaid by people wanting to pay for shoes and in then seemed to completely forget about his original task. We left again without buying either of the 2 pairs of shoes we were after. What I did notice though was that a friend of one of the salespeople came in, gave a hug, a cheek kiss and gave a whole lot of service to him. I wouldn't recommend going there if you have any hope of getting customer service, unless you're a friend of the sales staff
The lady who served me (Melissa) sounded very nice. She helped me look through a few types and I didn't like any of them. Finally I saw a pair that seemed nice and I pointed to them and asked to try them on. She comes back with a pair and I tried them on. Loved them. But it wasn't until she handed me the eftpos machine with double the advertised price that I was shocked! Turns out she gave me the wrong shoes to try on. This almost felt deliberate to try up sell me the expensive pair. She knew exactly what shoes I was refereeing to (that were on sale) once I questioned the price! Melissa then told me to just switch them as they're 'virtually the same shoes'.I insisted to try on the other pair and they definitely were not! They were extremely uncomfortable. The manager would not match the price. This felt very much like a bait and switch situation, show you something nice and then 'oh oops it's double the price'. I wouldn't have tried them on if I knew how much they were in the first place. I sincerely hope It was a genuine accident. The manager knocked off $30, which still ended up being another $50 more then the shoes I initially asked to try on. Be very careful buying shoes from Hannah's !
