Very helpful staff. The new girl is very helpful and very honest and was very willing to learn. Only thing is it took 30 minutes for someone to ask if we needed help but other than that a huge selection from cheap to good quality. A good sale on at the time too

Shopped Sunday afternon and had a laovely helpful polite lady on the service counter. Her nsme was Isobella. She made phonecalls for me, offered me a seat to wait while she phoned to get shoes in my size, was very courteous and sweet. Oh if a All shops had such helpful folk. My order is ongoing so Im expecting a mobile callfrom the young lady who is trying to source shoes from another branch. I am elderly and can only wear the type of shoe im shopping for after an accident and a stroke, i do sppreciate such good service. I wish Isobella well in her life.
Very helpful service - the lady was able to assist with 3 customers very effectively. She answered every question knowledgeably. I got an extra 20% off the sale price, so the value seems very good. Now it all comes down to the shoes....
Friendly staff, had product I wanted at reasonable price.
The two staff there when we visited were both older women, one was named Marguerite and I didn't get the name of the other one. We eceived the worst customer service from them. They were by the counter and didn’t even acknowledge us when we entered, I stood right next to them by the kIds’ section clearly needing some help and they did nothing. They even walked to the back room right past me as if I didn’t exist. Another man came in after me and they immediately acknowledged him, they also did the same to another woman who came after me. What is sad is the only difference between them and myself was that I was a woman of colour whereas the people after me were white, like the two servers. I believe the only reason they did not even bother to acknowledge or help is because of that difference and in this day and age that is absolutely appalling. I am so disheartened by this experience, especially since after being ignored I had to approach them to ask for help, the one woman on the computer seemed disinterested in even helping until the other came from the back room and finally helped me out. After the experience I wrote an email to Hannah's and sent a message on their Facebook page, it seems as though bad customer service is present throughout the entire company as they take a very long time to reply or acknowledge messages.
