   Exceptional Service! One staff member truly stood out during my visit last week — I believe his name is Willis. I first noticed him as I entered through the ramp entrance; he passed by with a friendly smile and picked up every bit of litter along the way. Throughout my shopping trip, which lasted over an hour, I kept seeing him actively working — always on the move, always attentive. His dedication and strong work ethic were so impressive that I asked another team member for his name and role. Later, I saw him again, clearing boxes and picking up items that had fallen from shelves. And then again as I was checking out he was their assisting customers. I took a moment to compliment him on his incredible effort and mentioned how I’d noticed he hadn’t stopped working since I arrived. He responded with a polite smile and genuine appreciation. Willis, keep up the fantastic work — it doesn’t go unnoticed!

   It’s a medium sized branch. I found its price was not competitive at all. Something it lacks: basket for shoppers, sanitation wet wipes at the entry for trolley handles and seafood counter.

   The car park has been taken over by cars trying to get petrol. 3 lanes have been created to all go one way.! (Towards the petrol station). Noone is managing the car park. Shoppers are struggling to get inside the actual supermarket, this has got to stop.

   We seldom visit this store. But after visiting last weekend I am going to change. There is a turnaround on this. It is much cleaner and tidier. The variety is great. It was very busy over the weekend as expected. Staff were working like crazy. Despite that it was a good feeling to be shopping there. Huge parking lot but may struggle to find parking on a weekend. The petrol pumps are another add on but most of them are generally broken. They need some maintenance.

   Bakery foods are always not well cooked and prepared. Especially there muffins, not cooked and prepared properly but they still go through and sell them despite. Bad management and no care for preparation and display of bakery foods.

   Did not enjoy this shop at pack n save today at all and its been years since id shop here like way over 15years..due to the failure of both their wheel chairs to be fixed nd repaired they were both in shocking conditions one had a broken wheel bent nd the 2nd wheel chair had flat wheels yet they didnt check if they were safe or check over them before giving the chair to my son....Would have enjoyed my shopping better if wheel chairs were in better conditions..but definately let them know to fix the wheel chairs..

   I've called about Lamb lege special price tonight, and the lady on the went and checked if there are stocks. I got 4 lamb legs for the price of $12 kg. Good customer service

   Pak and save manukau prices are really high and quality for fruit and vegetables are really bad now days and some of the stock items not available most of the times .They should have good control on quality and price as well. Sometime they put some product on the shelf that don't even deserve that price. I think the franchise management has to check their quality.
