Amazing Service at Rebel Sport - Atrium. This is a quick review and note of thanks for the amazing service that I received at Rebel Sport, late this afternoon, from Teeps. Professional, patient, efficient service with a smile. This is a level of service you always hope to receive wherever you shop and when you do, it is memorable. Thank you Teeps for helping me with an exchange of shoes, I really appreciated it. This is a great store that just went up a level today, check it out whenever you are next in the City.
I don’t want to judge the blondes in that shop. They are not smiling, feel annoyed, and cold when I was asking where is the watch? Are they racist towards asian or is it just to everyone? Because I am asian? ILE ?a guy) was the only helpful and smiling person on the team. I was going to put it off 1 star to be honest, he saved my experience and gave the best care he could meanwhile he was not really sure about the upstairs product maybe because it is not his section. This is the only reason this review is high. Please, change the management or give to other persons who genuinely care about people.
After a long unnecessary argument finally got my product repaired back. 1 star because they lie in your face that they don't have to provide a 2 year warranty, with all bells and whistles of deception. They say "There's nothing we can do" is just a lie and really bad consumer practices. They should hire educated staff that know better to maximize customer satisfaction. At this pace they're dying...
Simply wow, not only was this store messy and unorganised but my partner and I were not spoken to or offered assistance in our 15 min visit. Even when he was tempted by the $250 shoes near the counter. The entire staff crew were more interested in discussing their own affairs as they gathered around the counter laughing and chatting. We were looking forward to getting some new rugby boots in NZ but walked out disappointed and empty handed.
My friend tried a cloth at changing room today. Me and my another friend were waiting for him.There was a staff who was being racist. She asked us rudely “Did you not see the box in the last changing room? ”. And her expression was so impatient and disdainful.We told her our friend was not in the last changing room, he was in the first. And she didn’t apologise to us. When my friend came out from the first changing room, she locked that door. Few minutes later,a white guy tried to use the changing room, she came and told him press a button to open it. That’s so racist and double standard. Hope she could be fired soon. Otherwise it’s not good for this store’s reputation.

I found the badminton grips that I want there. There were a variety of sports equipment and clothes.
Newly reorganised store. Getting much smaller than it used to be. The staff are busy talking with each other even while serving you; I feel like really ignored and unwelcomed. Just like any other Rebel Sport, the security aren't that good - in many occasion, I found that people put the most expensive golf balls into the box of the cheapest balls and get away with it - and then they keep raising their price. If you have really bad security, don't make your customers pay for your incompetence!
All in one destination for all the sports accessories. Two floor shop, lots of variety and almost everything available here. Totally loved it.
