Bought a new pair last summer from this store and wore them less than 50 times. The bottom/sole still feels new but the velcros and joins aged horribly. Would not recommend.

The salesperson in this store had a very bad attitude. I was wearing a school uniform when I entered the store. She didn't say hello to me, rolled her eyes the whole time, and winked at the salesperson next to her. She ignored our requests and didn't come up to help or ask if we needed help. After the purchase, she didn't even say goodbye. When I checked out, she kept winking at the salesperson next to her and ignored me. I believe that as a big company like Birkin stock, this kind of service attitude should not exist. Even if we are students who go in to look at the shoes in this store, there should not be such service attitude. I really don't understand
My favourite shoes and the new store location in Teed Street is super quick to visit. Staff were very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable on products and went the extra mile to source more innersoles for me. Thanks so very much!
I have purchased birks from here for many years and rang them on many an occasion to confirm colours and availability- always the most helpful and keen to come back to you with options - with a very high A+ on your delivery to the public - you have to always remember that you are only as good as your staff - in this case they are the best - I hope you pay them well!!
Horrible quality at this price. Bought it in NZ while I was traveling around April 10. I have never stepped into water or rain in those shoes, it’s only been around 40 days the leather already started to separate from the bottom.
I purchased a pair of Arizona Birkenstocks back in December 2020 when they were located at Newmarket train station. Already they are almost ready for the bin. The cork is cracking despite me using the cork glue sold to me by them. I went back to the store seeking a refund or replacement and they declined, telling me it's to do with my stride. I've had to have them re-soled and the crack in the heel glued which also hasn't lasted due to further cracking. they wouldn't even pay for the repair of these sandals which I should never have had to have done for sandals that cost $150 at the time. I would not recommend this brand.
Excellent service, needed to exchange to a smaller size and they were extremely helpful, even had one of the staff run over to their other store near the train station to fetch the size that i didnt end up taking...young lady who served me was softly spoken and polite. Comfy shoes, clean store and would deff be purchasing again.
