“Dined here for the first time and it was absolutely delicious! My friend and I got a medium big chicken pizza to share and it was so good! The place was very popular and the counter staff were friendly. Only downside to the experience was when I ordered a lemon meringue cheesecake and it was served to me still frozen so I had to have it takeaway, also we ordered garlic bread but they didn’t have any . Would definitely go back for the pizza though!”

“Got dinner here with my wife our first night in Wellington, mostly because it was near the craft market we visited first. Food was good and well-worth the price, even had enough leftovers for another meal the following day since we had a fridge in our hotel. Not where I would go if I was looking for high-end authentic Japanese food but would absolutely go again and recommend for a quick bite, my wife liked the katsu enough that we've worked to find places with good katsu at home in Chicago. Seating was inside but open to a busy street, it wasn't problematic but is worth knowing depending on your mood.”

“Mediterranean Foods Wellington has the best pizza in Wellington, hands down. The linguine is absolutely to die for, and every visit has been matched with genuinely friendly, welcoming staff. The place has such a good vibe — warm, lively, and the kind of spot you can proudly bring friends or family who are visiting from out of town. A definite favourite and an easy 5 stars. Highly recommend!”

“Definitely my fave place to go for Italian food! The perfect blend of flavours in the pizza that were not over powering but also not boring either. The food was very well prepared, served hot and service was exceptional. Pasta fabulous texture and taste. Calamari is a MUST! Deserts were wonderful too. “Had the most lovely first experience at grazie lower Hutt. Didn't know what to expect but the service was excellent, friendly and not over the top. My partner and I shared two starters- calamari and truffle butter flatbread and wow was not expecting such generous portions. The calamari was light and perfectly cooked and a hidden treat of fried zucchini at the bottom were so delicious I would love to be able to order just a bowl of those! I had the mushroom and leek fettuccine with toasted pistachios for main. It was very indulgent and delicious, my only criticism would be it was a tad too creamy but I think that's a preference thing and after the big starters it wrecked me a bit. My partner really enjoyed the brisket Cannelloni. We had no room for dessert but looked great! Not a cheap place but I feel the quality and portion size makes it worth it. Will definitely return for another special date night ❣️”

“As the name says, it's truly an ltalian delicacy. We ordered Pollo chicken pizza , beef cutlet andTiramisu. Pizza's crust was soft and chicken was juicy. The flavour and herb combination was just awesome. Triamisu was really moist and the coffee liquor was so precise to the point which was prefect. Looking forward to order more....”

“This is quality sushi. The dishes are fresh and the price reasonable. The train itself goes very quickly so you have to be a little nimble to grab your dish without making a mess. Good variety and made-to-order items available too.”

“Perfection! Incredibly fresh ingredients executed to a high standard. We had the Bruschetta, Rucola salad, meatballs, arancini, calamari, pepperoni pizza, garlic bread. Highlights: Light, high quality pizza dough Fresh, fresh ingredients, high quality pepperoni and squid Best Arancini we have had, love the little chilli kick. “I ordered the spicy fried noodles with chicken from the Cuba Street Aroy Thai, and they were epic! They tasted delicious. And came out really quickly too. If you’re craving wet noodles you can’t go wrong. Will definitely be back!”

“I went here for lunch yesterday not expecting anything too crazy good, but I was blown away!! The ramen I ordered was the yuzu miso ramen and I added kimchi. It was so delicious! The portion size was perfect and all the flavours melted together beautifully! The broth was really flavourful and the yuzu flavour got stronger towards the end. The kimchi was yummy and crunchy and slightly sweet. The pork slices were thick and charred and tender. The staff were very friendly and food came out relatively quickly. Definitely the best ramen I’ve had in Welly so far.”

“The food is very flavoursome, healthy and varied. The service is usually good and was this last time (not very busy). The previous visit was not as good - not enough place settings, even after asking; we had water glasses but no water, until we asked for it; and we seemed to be a blind spot for the waiter. So either that waiter improved or it depends on how busy it is.”
