The food and the service was excellent. Pizza was delicious and staff were friendly. Everything happened in a very timely manner despite there being several large groups in. 10/10 would recommend. It was really quite loud inside though which is to be expected in a busy restaurant

Mozzarella sticks - nice and crispy, cheese pull! Paired well with rich marinara sauce Buffalo chicken - tender, tangy, loved the addition of pickled garnish to cut through the grease. Well rounded dish Kiwi Carbonara - perfectly al dente pasta, rich creamy sauce and bacon wasnt too salty (fave dish) Killer bee pizza - light and crispy base with a slight chew, nduja sausage w hot honey was so good, just wish the tomato sauce came through a bit more. Kale surprisingly added a slight crispiness and subtle flavour. Overall a great place to dine, service was great and very friendly. Also loved how quick the food came out - very timely!

The pizzas were decent (not exceptional not terrible). But the pizzas were drowning in those boxes - they appeared smaller than a large size. Quite expensive for the size of pizza you're getting. Will probably not get this again.

When I came in while I waited for my kids at gymnastics, there was only 1 other table so there was plenty of seating and no wait time. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and the farfalle pasta. Both were really tasty. Cypress took my order and was very polite and friendly. Would definitely come back for the food and the service. Cheers!

We went for the WOAP burger and it didn't disappoint. Service was a little slow on previous visits when we had a bigger group but no problems this time.

We were a large group of 16. I booked online and accidentally booked the wrong time. The staff were so understanding and accommodating and re-booked us at the time we wanted. The food was amazing and they made sure all the kids food came out first so they were happy and weren't waiting. The overall experience was fantastic!! we will definitely be back.

I appreciate that WOAP can put a lot of pressure on restaurants but my experience at Rizzo’s was particularly shambolic. I suppose some of the blame was on me as I didn’t book a table but I’ve generally found that when I’m dining alone a booking isn’t always necessary. Entering the front door, it wasn’t clear what the seating policy was - there was no Wait to be seated sign so I approached the POS station by the kitchen and asked for a table for one. The staff explained that they were fully booked inside so there was only outside seating available, which was fine by me despite the chilly temperature and the lack of any type of heating. There was just one wobbly table by the toilets - not the most appealing dining location but I’ll take it over nothing. The wait staff informed me (twice) that there would be a 45min to hour wait for food - again, fine by me. I paid for the WOAP Phoenix burger and settled in for the wait. Surprisingly, my burger came out in about five minutes. I think the staff were surprised as well as there was no cutlery on the table. Cutting into the burger I suspect that this plate was left over from a previous order - the chicken was barely warm and the bottom bun was soggy with juices from the salsa. The cheese had solidified into a chewy mess. The anemic β€œsmashed” β€œroast” potatoes tasted like standard boiled potatoes smothered in ash. Thankfully I was ignored by the staff after receiving my tardy cutlery so I didn’t have to give a fake answer to the standard β€œhow is everything?” question. Everything was not good, not good at all. To add insult to injury, from my cold outside table I had a clear view of an inside table for two that remained empty throughout my entire dining time. Needless to say, this was the worst experience I’ve had during the 2022 WOAP season.
