   The food at Aroy Thai is always so good and the Cuba St branch is no different. Everyone in my family was stoked with the flavour, size and price of their dish. Great spot for a casual dinner at a good price. Service at the till is friendly and they went out of their way to ensure one of our meals could be made without onion. Plenty of delicious vegan options here too.

   Shout out to Aroy - the best chain store takeout that never misses. As a vegetarian, no charge on plant based protein swaps is amazing and both options delicious! Have dined in a couple times as well and always enjoyed for a basic catch up with whānau - wait staff always friendly and efficient. Maybe not the finest cuisine or particularly unique among Wellington’s foodie spots but a trusty favourite when we’re too tired to cook or just want food we know is tasty everytime and good value. Gonna miss it when we move cities - please open in Christchurch central!

   I was surprised we had to order and pay first at the counter rather than table service but anyway.. Our meals were delivered super fast and the staff were friendly. And we were very impressed at quantity and appearance. Prawn spring rolls were delicious as well as the phad Thais, there definitely was no skimping on meat in these dishes! Everyone's meals around us looked amazing too. They have cute little water cups and takeaway containers available to purchase to take rest home in. Truly delicious Thai food!

   I ordered the spicy fried noodles with chicken from the Cuba Street Aroy Thai, and they were epic! They tasted delicious. And came out really quickly too. If you’re craving wet noodles you can’t go wrong. Will definitely be back!

   Aroy Thai Eatery is an one of the best affordable dining spots I've discovered in Wellington! The service was impressively quick, with our food arriving in just five to ten minutes. The menu was bursting with an good selection of options. My family and I chose this restaurant to dive into the vibrant world of Thai cuisine, and it did not disappoint!

   I ordered the ginger rice with fried chicken.. a side of chicken kebabs and milk tea which cost just under $50 Food was good. Slightly expensive and portion was small. Milk tea was okay. Chicken kebas were good but also expensive. Atmosphere was chill but quite due to only few people dining in.

   Love everything about this place! The casual ambiance, that down-to-earth feel of an eatery that makes it feel like “that place next door”. The food was good and reasonably priced. Also you guys need to try the authentic Thai ice drop.

   อร่อยมั้ย Aroy Mai? (Is it delicious) That is the question I ask when I step into Aroy Thai Eatery. After leaving Thailand for almost 4 years and as we have been living in that beautiful country for almost 19 years, we are all craving for some Thai cuisine. We ordered the familiar dishes such as, Phad Thai, Phad See You, Fried pork with Bakchoi, Masaman Curry and deep fried crispy chicken skin. Plus, the famous Ice Tea with milk. The service were average and the food is a little pricey. But we love the Fried pork with Bak Choi, Phad Thai, and Phad See You. The Thais are great with their stir Fried dishes. You can smell and taste the "wok hei" fragrance from the hot wok. There are a certain spice missing from the masaman curry and the Ice Tea with milk needs more milk. These may fool the kiwis or those not familiar with authentic Thai food but surely cannot fool me... hehehe. I really hope that the management can read this review and make some improvements. We will still come back when we crave for some Phad Thai.
