“I have had a few dealings with this store over the last couple of months and spent a lot of money on 3d printers and consumables. Dealt with both the young manager and slightly older sales staff member. Found them both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager is very accommodating and patient (I had numerous questions that he helped with). I would highly recommend this store. They even have their own parking which in the city is amazing.”

“5 star review for the lovely young Pasifika woman (apologies I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure she was identified) who assisted me on the 25th of June around approx 5/6pm with my dehumidifier. I brought in my dehumidifier (almost at 2 years old) due to electrical faults and concerns, wanting to check my warranty and if I could get some help. Initially I was assisted by an older lady who misunderstood my request thinking I was after a return/refund, after I had specifically asked for some help with my machine that had sparked when I plugged in & was wanting to know if it was still under warrant and/or if someone could help fix it. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt even after I showed my online contact with Mitre 10 noting the staff could call the shipping store upon arrival to assist and get the receipt details as it was an online order, but she told me to ring the store myself. As I went outside to grab the machine from my car & brought it back in with my daughter, I hear the woman telling the young lady I was after a refund/return which was in fact untrue, I quickly corrected her and this is where the young lady came in and helped me out. As I purchased online there was no physical copy but she was super helpful as I showed her the email contact with Mitre 10 & online details i could provide, The young lady got the initial staff member to call up the shipping store and was just super helpful and sorted it out fast and efficient. Great customer service, attentive, listened to what I needed and I was able to get a replacement as I was still within my 2 year warranty. The difference in service was visible & I think shes a great example of perfect customer service. Thank you very much to this young lady- approachable, super helpful and super happy with the outcome.”

“Edit: the morning after posting this review, a manager at Service Plus called me to apologize for my experience and immediately resolved my issue. Mistakes and confusion happen, owning it and fixing the issue rarely does—thank you! I've updated this review to 5 stars to reflect how I felt after this was ultimately handled. Original review: I went in with a broken iPhone and dealt with a lovely guy who had me fill out a form, disable Find My and pay $50 for a diagnosis (broken back, broken camera). He confirmed the extent of the damage was such that a full replacement (about $1,400 or so) was warranted. This was fine by me, so I left and filed an insurance claim. Predictably, the insurer wants to see a quote for the price of the replacement, however when I called Service Plus just now, I was instructed to go back to the branch, drop off my phone again, and wait for the diagnostic to be completed—which I've already done. Despite explaining this to two staff members, start to finish, I was told that there's no other path forward than to go back in and repeat what I've already done, and that I 'probably' wouldn't have to pay again. So, I'll need to find another couple of hours to burn getting to the store and waiting for the same answer as before. I wish I could bill them for my time :') Please improve this process (perhaps log more info/a policy to add more thorough notes?) and do better next time Service Plus Yours sincerely, A frustrated customer”

“Pak n Save is handy for a quick shop and I have never found it to be super busy even at the weekend. The produce is good and I like the size selection in the bakery section. It's got a cover over the car park so Great for not getting wet when packing”

“Very nice Woolsworth to shop at. Rain or shine it's a great place. While in rain it has underground parking which is available for everyone. The staff are awesome with very helping nature. Always recommend to use this Woolsworth for shopping.”

“I use the delivery option...the personal shoppers are always very good at substituting items that are out of stock and also when there's free samples, they're good at making judgements and choosing based on the rest of my shopping. The delivery people are very nice too, my dog yells at them but they calm her down by chatting to her through the door. Using the delivery saver is cheaper than it would be for me to travel there and I don't have to carry anything up/down stairs or hills”
