Staff were extremely helpful, to the extent that one found my daughter's glasses when they were blown across the carport as we left.
We drove out there from KΔpiti and found that their stock was incorrectly recorded on their system. Very frustrating. We couldn't get what we wanted because of that. We were told to phone before going to the next store. Well, why have the stock indicated online then? Hope you can sort your issues out in future.
Great place for most of the household stuff you may need. Their staff are incredibly knowledgeable from knowing what is on which isle (you can also search on their website online and select it, the light of the product price tag will blink in the store to help you located - an amazing idea!!) to customise cabinet or kitchen/bathroom renovation plans. Ample parking on site.
We were served by a lovely young lady in the paint department who helped us find the right paint to match the small sample we gave her. She was very professional and went out her way to find what we needed. If we could remember her name we would recommend people go see her.
The staff are superstars, what a great team you have! So helpful, I went back 3 days in a row and feel like it's my ideal first date situation now. In fact, I'm considering the possibility of coming in more regularly because I feel like my future husband will be in there. Brought ABIT timber to make some DIY car ramps to get under an fix an exhaust leak..the guy on the timber floor attitude there could of been better maybe..the younger guy who cut it into pieces for me was very helpful free cuts . ..
Two items from our order sent to us was broken, chipped and very very dirty. Doesn't seem like they check the items before delivery. I emailed twice with no response, called twice, first call wasnβt helpful and mentioned she cannot help and transferred me to someone else who dropped my call, second call was the same woman again and again she couldn't help and the person who can is busy, made me feel like my call was an inconvenience to her time. I asked her if I can leave my number so they can call back, she noted it down but no one called. So unhelpful, rude and such an unpleasant experience
Loved that this place is open late, closes at 9pm. Just walked in, got what I needed, no queues at check out... easy breezy shopping. Helpful young man helped direct me to the isle I needed to go to, a friendly smile always works too, so thank you. Awesomeness!!!
