   Would not recommend at all. After a 3 month long process of trying to get a second opinion on an iPhones seal condition,, all I’ve managed is a carbon copy response TWICE, not including the assessments of someone else phone as well. When I try and get a written email of the findings, they tell me the case is too difficult to convey over email. Yet when I speak to the technician, he tells me to talk to Apple directly, which I do, and they tell me I need an assessment through an Apple certified technician. Which is you guys? I’m going round in circles being told the same thing over and over and being charged for the privilege. Waste of time and money.

   Booked an iPhone 16 pro max in for repair of camera lenses. Guy on the counter had a look and unbeknown to me the broken glass was actually a protector that someone had installed on it (not me). He took it off, explained where to get a replacement and had me on my way at no charge. Good honest/ethical service when they could have taken advantage of me and charged a lot for replacing the protector. Had a macbook fixed by them in the past too under warranty and service was excellent then too.

   The team of Wellington Service Plus NZ branch was very friendly and helpful. They have extended working hours, hence I was able to drop my iPhone on my way to work and collected it all working nicely again at lunch time! The cost of the genuine battery and the labor was very reasonable too. Highly recommended this service!

   Edit: the morning after posting this review, a manager at Service Plus called me to apologize for my experience and immediately resolved my issue. Mistakes and confusion happen, owning it and fixing the issue rarely does—thank you! I've updated this review to 5 stars to reflect how I felt after this was ultimately handled. Original review: I went in with a broken iPhone and dealt with a lovely guy who had me fill out a form, disable Find My and pay $50 for a diagnosis (broken back, broken camera). He confirmed the extent of the damage was such that a full replacement (about $1,400 or so) was warranted. This was fine by me, so I left and filed an insurance claim. Predictably, the insurer wants to see a quote for the price of the replacement, however when I called Service Plus just now, I was instructed to go back to the branch, drop off my phone again, and wait for the diagnostic to be completed—which I've already done. Despite explaining this to two staff members, start to finish, I was told that there's no other path forward than to go back in and repeat what I've already done, and that I 'probably' wouldn't have to pay again. So, I'll need to find another couple of hours to burn getting to the store and waiting for the same answer as before. I wish I could bill them for my time :') Please improve this process (perhaps log more info/a policy to add more thorough notes?) and do better next time Service Plus Yours sincerely, A frustrated customer

   Loved my experience here today. The woman with dyed red hair (forgot to ask her name) was just fantastic! She gave me a fair & easy solution to my laptop problem and saved me a lot of money in the long run! She was very genuine and easy to talk to which I appreciated. Will be recommending to friends.

   This is by far the best repair experience I've ever had. Everything was clear and fast. After I sending my laptop to Service Plus, I received a job number with a link to track all repair information and progress. I felt at ease knowing that I would receive notifications through email or SMS if anything came up during the progress. It was so smooth, and I had complete control over the updates. Moreover, the sticky tag on the device was easy to remove, leaving no residue. Comparing this to my last experience at another repair shop in Wellington, it was a total disaster. Highly recommend them to my friends.
