I asked an employee where to find a 12V battery and cable, but she had an attitude as soon as I couldn’t recall the exact product names. Instead of guiding me, she kept saying it “depends on what I want” and made no effort to help. I came in for some basic assistance but was met with unhelpfulness and poor attitude the entire time.
I have had a few dealings with this store over the last couple of months and spent a lot of money on 3d printers and consumables. Dealt with both the young manager and slightly older sales staff member. Found them both extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The manager is very accommodating and patient (I had numerous questions that he helped with). I would highly recommend this store. They even have their own parking which in the city is amazing.
Happy this place exists. They went beyond a simple sale and helped me save an old fridge from landfill.

Great store! Parking can be challenging but staff are friendly and is well stocked. I'll definitely return when I need something for a DIY project.
