   I was very happy with the service I received at Supercheap Alicetown - and I used your point of sale fitting service (to have the headlight fitted to my car). Very happy! Didn't catch the name of the young woman who assisted me & who fitted the headlight (the sale was processed by the male cashier at the till).

   Good & helpful staff. Good cash/credit back system so if a product you’ve recently bought goes on sale not long after you get the difference credited to your club card acc Would recommend stocking more ceramic car wash though as not much of a selection of ceramic concentrates suitable for foam cannon

   Leaving this here as SCA rejected my -ve review on their site. 2nd time staff at Alicetown gave me the wrong product for Click+Collect. It is obvious the staff at this branch don't care about customers and the quality of the service their customers receive.. Wasting customer's time is what they do best. Either visit other branch or better, go to Repco.

   Didn't have exactly what I was looking for in stock but a guy by the name of Alex worked out a substitute and discounted it to price the equivalent. Nothing seemed to be a problem. Great service. The opposite of my experience with Repco Wellington only half an hour earlier.

   I would not recommend buying a battery and getting it fitted from here. The staff member who was told to fit it (nothing against him) appeared to have no idea what he was doing and was pulling at things near the battery trying to access it with no success. I ended up saying I would just go somewhere else and the other shop had absolutely no problem fitting the battery and were able to access it immediately. How the SCA staff member was trying to access the battery was VERY different to how the other shop accessed it and I think he could have damaged my car if I'd let him continue. This staff member was apparently the best person in the shop to fit it.... so I think you need to train your staff better or stop offering a fitting service.
