    I was referred here by the Noel leeming manager in a nearby retailer store. The young guy at the counter saved this from being a 1 star review. He acknowledged me the moment I walked in and was eager to help! He asked for assistance from his coworker who was on his phone in the middle of the store doing nothing when customers were in the store. He looked frustrated that his team member was needing his support and shook his head before even hearing the request. Made a joke about the product and then went back on his phone. This was very sad and unprofessional to see from a customers point of view, I hope the young guy takes his willingness to work to a business that doesn’t encourage a toxic work environment. A loss of revenue for the business.

    Jaycar is fantastic! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's my first port of call when fixing a piece of equipment or planning a project. Prices are competitive too. My only criticism would be that they don't carry a wider range of passive components and integrated circuits. However I do understand it would literally be impossible to hold everything in stock at all times so I stand by my 5 star review.
